This page is designed to clarify my shipping terms and conditions, to better help people understand how insurance claims and such are managed, information about shipping zones for Europe are located lower down. I can pack almost every item I sell, I also accept personal collections which limits the chance of items being damaged in the post.

OTHER NOTES

  • All items must be inspected before signing for goods, if a item has been damaged in transit and this has not been signed as such we can not process a refund

  • If an item is damaged in transit, you must notify me within 24 hours.

  • All claims take time, anywhere between 4-8 weeks, patients will be required, we can not offer a refund till our couriers have issued it to us.

  • All items come with a £50 insurance cover as standard on UK items, all other areas are covered for £25 , if you require extra cover you must request it.

 

 

  • Collections are always more than welcome

  • Please notify me 24 hours before attempting collection

  • Demonstrations of the equipment can be given upon request

 

 

 If you believe there is an error or you do not agree with the shipping charges, terms or conditions, please do not attempt to purchase any terms without emailing me first, once a sale has been made, these terms can not be negotiated.
