Hello, I
have been collecting for some time and as most will
guess, my interests are reel to reel recorders.
Currently I have just under 600, I enjoy repairing
these recorders and bringing them back to life from
small cheap recorders to full blown studio master
multi-track recorders. |

Items accepted for refund must be returned for
test, if the item is found not faulty, there
will be no refund and the
Customer will need to pay for return shipping

Shipping in either direction is not refundable

on arrival's must be notified within 24 hours

items must be inspected before signing for
goods, if a item has been damaged in transit and
this has not been signed as such we can not
process a refund

If
an item is damaged in transit, you must notify
me within 24 hours.

claims take time, anywhere between 4-8 weeks,
patience will be required, we can not offer a
refund till our couriers have issued it to us.

All
items come with a £50 insurance cover as
standard on UK items, all other areas are
covered for £25 , if you require extra cover you
must request it.

Europe shipping covers Austria, Belgium, Channel
Isles, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,
Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland,
Portugal, Spain and Sweden
